Tree Classics 30-Day Guarantee
Tree Classics ensures that all our artificial Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands and other holiday accessories meet the strict standards of quality, durability, and beauty that our company is known for. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us within 30 days in case of any damage or defect. We’re happy to provide support for a quick resolution.
For quick reference, our Assembly, Use and Care Instructions are included with your tree and can also be found here.
The Tree Classics 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to clearance trees.
Tree Classics Two-Year Limited Warranty
All regular and sale-priced Tree Classics artificial Christmas trees are covered by our Two-Year Limited Warranty, starting from the date of purchase if purchased after June 1, 2019. The Tree Classics Two-Year Limited Warranty guarantees the quality of our artificial Christmas trees’ factory installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs), frame, foliage, hinges, and tree stand. Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are fully covered by the limited warranty within the specified time frame. Please note this limited warranty only applies to artificial Christmas trees. All other products are covered for the first 30-days from purchase by our 30-Day Guarantee. All clearance trees are covered by a 30-DAY CLEARANCE LIMITED WARRANTY.
We recommend that if you experience issues with your product to first check the troubleshooting section of the Assembly Instruction sheet that came with your tree. If that does not resolve your problem and you would prefer to speak with a Tree Classics representative, please contact us at 877-699-6278. We will assist you by troubleshooting the problem and finding an appropriate solution. This may occasionally require a photo of the issue to be provided.
Please do not attempt to self-repair, other than as shown in the instructions that we have provided or as directed by a Tree Classics representative, as this may damage the tree further and subsequently void the warranty.
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Tree Classics in accordance with this warranty, we will, at our option:
  1. repair the tree as soon as possible with a part or parts that are equivalent to new in reliability. If your tree is no longer available for sale on our website or has been redesigned, the part(s) may have to be manufactured after the holiday season.
  2. replace the tree with either a style that is identical, or the closest compatible style available; or,
  3. refund or give you a credit towards a replacement tree if we cannot repair or replace your tree.
Because our business is seasonal, part and/or product availability can change rapidly during the months of November and December, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Exclusions from the Tree Classics Two-Year Limited Warranty
for Trees
The two-year limited product warranty excludes burned-out bulbs and normal wear and tear, and will be voided in cases of damage due to misuse, neglect, intentional alteration, or other events beyond our reasonable control. A warranty may not be transferred and applies only to the original owner of the tree.
Tree Classics 30-Day Clearance
Tree Classics offers a 30-Day Clearance Limited Warranty on all clearance trees. This limited warranty on clearance trees is the same as that described for all other artificial Christmas trees, but it only lasts for 30 days. For this reason, we encourage you to open and inspect clearance items upon delivery.
Other Important Details
If your tree is defective or damaged, we may send you a user-installable part and ask you to install the part in accordance with instructions we provide. If this occurs, the replacement part assumes the remaining term of the warranty or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
The two-year and thirty-day limited warranties described above (collectively, the “Warranty”) give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Warranty is voided in cases of product use outside the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
We may change the availability of the Warranty at or discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, WE DISCLAIM ANY STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THOSE REGARDING HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. That said, some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation may not apply to you.
Limitations of Liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAW WHICH APPLIES TO YOU DOES NOT ALLOW US TO IMPOSE CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS OR DISCLAIMERS, OUR WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN SCOPE AND DURATION TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Warranties Prior to June 1, 2019
The warranties listed below are those that cover products prior to June 1, 2019. Please read carefully the terms of the Tree Classics Previous Warranties Coverage.
Tree & Foliage Warranties from August 24, 2013 to May 31, 2019.
NOTE: This warranty applies to Tree Classics products purchased between August 24,2013 – May 31, 2019.
All Tree Classics non-clearance trees, wreaths and garlands are covered by our Five-Year Foliage and Two-Year Light Limited Warranty starting from the date of purchase if purchased after August 23, 2013. Clearance trees, wreaths, and garlands are covered by our 30-day Light and Foliage Warranty starting from the date of purchase. Any merchandise purchased prior to August 23, 2013 may have different warranty terms. Please contact customer service for details.
We advise that if you experience issues with your product to first check the troubleshooting section of the Assembly Instruction sheet that came with your tree. Usually, following these steps is the easiest and fastest way to get your product up and running. If you are unable to resolve your issue and believe your product is in need of warranty service, please contact our service department by calling us at 877-699-6278. All warranty work must be pre-authorized by our customer service center.
When contacting us, please be prepared to troubleshoot the problem with us. In addition, we may request that you submit pictures of the product to help illustrate the problem so that we can better determine the best way to resolve it. We reserve the right to repair or replace any part of the product serviced under warranty.
If we are unable to resolve your issue through troubleshooting, and we have received any requested documentation to verify the issue, we will determine the best way to resolve the concern and work with our Parts Replacement Department to ship any needed parts. Lighting strands are available for immediate shipment, and tree sections can easily be restrung. For other lighting and foliage problems we will have a replacement section shipped to you. If the needed part is not available, we will have the part manufactured for you in the offseason, during the months of February through September.

Tree Classics Fraser Pine Artificial Christmas Tree, 7.5 Feet, Unlit

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us within sixty (60) days of purchase in case of any damage or defect. Our team is happy to provide assistance for a quick resolution.

For immediate reference, our ASSEMBLY, USE, AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS are included with your tree.

We offer a limited sixty (60)-day product warranty commencing from your date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) on those Covered Products purchased on Amazon. This sixty (60)-day limited warranty guarantees the quality of our artificial Christmas trees’ frame, foliage, hinges, and tree stand. Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are fully covered by the warranty within the specified time frame. Please note this warranty only applies to the Covered Products.

For the Warranty to be effective, proof of purchase is required with the purchase data. Please note that this warranty is only valid on purchases made directly from Amazom.com (and not any third-party sellers).

If you have problems with or need help with your tree, we would recommend that you first try to resolve the issue using the troubleshooting section of the ASSEMBLY, USE, AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS. If that does not solve your problem or you would prefer to speak with a Customer Loyalty Specialist, please contact us via our toll-free Customer Care Line at 1 (877) 699 - 6278. We will assist you by troubleshooting the problem and identifying an appropriate solution. This may occasionally include requesting a photo of the issue.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE TREE CLASSICS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR TREES
The warranty excludes burned-out bulbs and normal wear and tear, and will be voided in the cases of damage due to misuse, neglect, intentional alteration, or other events beyond our reasonable control. A warranty may not be transferred and applies only to the original owner of the tree. Please report any warranty issues promptly upon receipt of your tree. There is a rebuttable presumption, if you receive your tree prior to December 25 but do not report a warranty issue until after December 25, that any damage to the tree occurred while the tree was in your possession.

SHIPPING COSTS
If we ask you to return your tree or any of its parts, we will pay the cost of shipping. However, if we determine in our reasonable discretion that the warranty was voided due to damage while in your possession on account of due to misuse, neglect, intentional alteration, or other events beyond our reasonable control, then you will be responsible for any such shipping costs.
