Light Warranty
When you purchased your pre-lit tree, your name was added automatically
to our warranty database. We have saved you the trouble of sending one in!
5-Year Light Warranty for Artificial Christmas Trees 3-Year Light Warranty for Artificial Christmas Trees
(Excluding Outlet Store Items) (Outlet Store Items ONLY)
  1. If any problem cannot be resolved by telephone, fax or e-mail, and the tree or tree section must be repaired by Tree Classics, the following freight cost will apply:
    1. The first 2 years from date of purchase, Tree Classics will pay to have the tree or tree section picked up and will pay the return shipping of the tree or tree section to the customer.
    2. Years 3, 4, and 5, the customer will pay to ship the tree or tree section to Tree Classics, and Tree Classics will pay the return shipping of the tree or tree section to the customer.
  2. There will be NO CHARGE for any repair work done.
  3. If for some reason Tree Classics is unable to repair your tree, Tree Classics will replace it with the identical model, if available, or with one that is similar in style and value.

    2. Years 2 and 3, the customer will pay the freight to Tree Classics, and Tree Classics will return the tree or section freight prepaid.
  2. There will be NO CHARGE for any repair work done.
  3. If for some reason Tree Classics is unable to repair your tree, Tree Classics will replace it with the identical model, if available, or with one that is similar in style and value.
This warranty excludes normal bulb burnout and wear and tear damage resulting from accident, alteration, or misuse. This can cause multiple-bulb failure. That is a user maintenance item. This warranty is void if the product is misused or damaged in any way. If the returned product or section fails from neglect (rather than defect) the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
