10 Year Structural Tree Warranty

Each tree's framework is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty includes all steel construction including connection joints, poles, hinges, pins, and the tree stand. The warranty is null and void if the product is intentionally altered or damaged due to misuse, neglect, or weather damage.

1-Year and 3-Year Light Limited Warranty (1 Year for "Budget Buy" Inventory)

All of our pre-lit trees are covered by a 3 year light warranty. The exception is any Budget Buy inventory, Wreaths, and Garlands, which are covered by a 1 year light warranty.

What you get:

This warranty includes any electrical contact failure within the tree, shorts within the tree's wiring, and tree socket failures only. Access to year-round customer support and service.

This warranty excludes normal bulb burnout including wear and tear damage resulting from accident, outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse that can cause multiple-bulb failure. These issues are not covered by the limited light warranty and are the responsibility of the user. The warranty is void if the product is misused or damaged in any way. If a returned tree, wreath, garland, or failed section of a tree is shipped back and found to be non-functional due to user neglect, (rather than defect), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

How it works:

First Year from date of purchase

• If a strand or strands of lights is not working on your tree:
  • We will first attempt to assist you via troubleshooting techniques.
  • If unsuccessful in step a, we will ship you a replacement section or tree, if necessary, depending on the extent of the problem.
  • If your exact tree cannot be replaced, we will replace it with one that is equal to the price paid.
  • Tree Classics will cover all shipping charges.
  • All returned or exchanged products must be returned to us in the original packaging.
  • You must have an RMA number for any return or exchange prior to shipping.

• If a strand or strands of lights is not working on your tree:
  • We will first attempt to assist you via troubleshooting techniques.
  • If unsuccessful in step a, we will ship you a Lightkeeper Pro repair tool and, if necessary, new strands of replacement light sets as a temporary in-season fix prior to initiating a post-season repair. These kits are meant to get your tree up and running without the significant downtime involved in shipping and repairing your product.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping any returned section for post-season repair to Tree Classics between February and August only. We will pay the return freight for the 1st year from the date of purchase. After the 1st year, the customer is responsible for shipping charges of any replacement parts or repaired parts both-ways.

Please note:

Our repair staff is available February through August each year. Unfortunately, Tree Classics does not repair any items during the season's distribution period of September through January. If you are experiencing any problems please feel free to email or call us and we can assist you with the above listed methods according to your situation.

• Tree Classics generally does not charge for any repair work done. However, we do not repair or replace burned out bulbs. Burned out lights happen through normal usage and it is considered a user maintenance issue.
• Please make sure that before you return a product for repair, it is not due to loose, broken, burned-out, or missing bulbs. This is NOT covered under the light warranty. As always, please contact customer service via email or phone for an RMA prior to shipping anything.

BURNED OUT BULBS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY. CHANGE BURNED OUT BULBS AT ONCE. IF YOU DO NOT THE REMAINING LIT BULBS WILL BURN OUT MUCH FASTER THAN NORMAL.

ONCE AGAIN, TREE CLASSICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BURNED OUT BULBS. BULB BURNOUT IS NOT WARRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
