Product Warranties
Tree Classics ensures that all our artificial Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands and other holiday ornaments meet the strict standards of quality, durability, and beauty that our company is known for. Each of our products is a work of superior craftsmanship and creativity, which we have perfected throughout the years. Because we want you to have a wonderful and stress-free holiday experience, all our beautiful artificial Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands have a warranty. Please note, that this warranty does not cover burned out bulbs or product that is damaged due to misuse or neglect or is intentionally altered. If you have individual bulbs that are out, please replace them with the replacement bulbs that came with your product. If you need more bulbs, please contact our customer service department to purchase at a minimum price. The warranty cannot be transferred (it applies exclusively to whomever originally bought the product). This warranty is valid for items shipped within the United States and Canada.
2-Year Light and Foliage Warranty
As of September 1, 2011, all Tree Classics non-clearance trees, wreaths and garlands are covered by our 2-Year Light and Foliage Warranty.
We advise that if you experience issues with your product to first check the troubleshooting section of the instruction sheet that came with your tree. Usually, following these steps are the easiest and fastest way to get your product up and running.
If you believe your product is in need of warranty service, please contact our service department at service@treeclassics.com or by calling us at 877-699-6278. All warranty work must be pre-authorized by our customer service center.
Within the first 6 months of your purchase, Tree Classics will fix or replace the pieces for free. Anytime after the first 6 months through the end of your 2-year warranty, you can pay to ship your product back to us, and we’ll pay to ship the repaired product back to you. If for any reason we can’t fix the tree or replace the parts, we will replace your product with an identical one if available. If it’s not available, we’ll send you a similar product of equal or higher value.
Please note that our repair department is open annually from February through August. If you have any problem with your tree during the holiday season, please contact our customer service department for troubleshooting assistance.
90-Day Warranty
As of September 1, 2011, the following Tree Classics accessories products: LightKeeper Pro, Christmas tree bags, ornament storage bags, wreaths and garlands bags and tree stands, are covered by our 90-Day Warranty.

30-Day Clearance Warranty
As of September 1, 2011, all Tree Classics clearance trees, wreaths and garlands are covered by our 30-Day Light and Foliage Warranty.
