Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within thirty (30) days of receipt, (restrictions apply, see Return Process for details), as long as the product is returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging with no writing on the outside of the box.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to your original payment method. We will refund you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable return shipping costs. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call or email us within seven (7) days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Exchanges

You pay for return shipping when you exchange your order for one that is equal in value to the original product and Tree Classics pays to ship the new tree to you.

CHRISTMAS ITEMS - PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges after thirty (30) days or after December 23rd of the purchase year.

HALLOWEEN ITEMS - PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges after thirty (30) days or after October 24th of the purchase year.

Return Process

If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within thirty (30) days of receipt to receive a refund. Before we can accept a return product you must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so that we may ensure we received and inspect your return to properly credit your account.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Any items returned without return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
• If authorization for return is given the item must be returned before the thirty (30) days of receipt of product expires.
• Christmas Items
  • The thrity (30) day return policy does not apply to Christmas items purchased from November 26th to December 23rd of the purchase year. For example, a purchase done on November 26th would have until December 23rd to return. Similarly, a customer purchasing on December 15th would have until December 23rd to return.
  • If you purchased an item after November 26th and before December 23rd you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued and the product post-marked no later than December 23rd.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after Christmas of the year of purchase. For example, a product purchased on December 1, 2008 cannot be returned on December 26, 2008.
• Halloween Items
  • The thrity (30) day return policy does not apply to Halloween items purchased from September 25th to October 24th of the purchase year. For example, a purchase done on September 27th would have until October 24th to return. Similarly, a customer purchasing on October 15th would have until October 24th to return.
  • If you purchased an item after September 25th and before October 24th you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued and the product post-marked no later than October 24th.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after Halloween of the year of purchase. For example, a product purchased on October 1, 2008 cannot be returned on October 26, 2008.

International Returns

Although Tree Classics fully supports its warranties; our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.

Return Shipping Cost

Tree Classics pays the freight to you for a new purchase as a courtesy assuming the item will not be returned. However, when a non-defective item is returned for refund, we require the buyer to cover all return shipping costs. Also, we do not ask that you pay for the initial free shipping to your location. Tree Classics will initially pay for return shipping on our UPS account to lessen the cost burden for the customer on the return. This cost will then be deducted from your total credit upon receipt and inspection of the product.
