Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. You have thirty (30) days from the date of sale to exchange or return for refund. Items purchased before December 24, 2009 cannot be returned for refund or exchanges, no exceptions.
ALL OVERSTOCK & DISCONTINUED AFTER-CHRISTMAS INVENTORY IS GREATLY DISCOUNTED TO MAKE WAY FOR NEXT YEAR'S PRODUCTS. AFTER-CHRISTMAS SALE ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. CLOSEOUT, FLOOR MODELS, OR AS-IS ITEMS SOLD IN OUR WAREHOUSE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. EXCHANGED ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, (minus a 20% restocking fee). We will refund you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable return shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.

20% Restocking Fee on Returns
Tree Classics stands behind its product and reputation and is always willing to exchange any defective item within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, however, any non-defective item returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all clearance sales between December 25, 2009 and June 30, 2010 sale items, no exceptions.

Exchanges
You pay for return shipping when you exchange your order and Tree Classics pays to ship the new tree to you. You have thirty (30) days from the date of sale to exchange.

Return Process
If you are not happy with your purchase, return within (30) days of receipt to receive a refund. Before we can accept a return product you must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so that we may ensure we received and inspect your return to properly credit your account.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- All non-defective returned after-Christmas Sale product is subject to a 20% restocking fee (only exception are items returned for exchanges).
- Any items returned without return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
- If authorization for return is given the item must be returned before the thirty (30) days of receipt of product expires.

International Returns
Although Tree Classics fully supports its warranties; our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.

Exclusions
This return policy excludes normal bulb burnout including wear and tear damage resulting from accident, outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse that can cause multiple-bulb failure. These issues are not covered by the return policy and are the responsibility of the user. The return policy is void if the product is misused or damaged in any way. If a returned tree, wreath, garland, or failed section of a tree is shipped back and found to be non-functional due to user neglect, (rather than defect), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and refunds do not apply. Return Shipping Cost
When a non-defective item is returned for refund, we require the buyer to cover all return shipping costs. If we cover the initial cost to ship it back, this cost will then be deducted from your total credit upon receipt and inspection of the product.
