Tree Classics™ Return and Exchange Policies

This Return Policy refers to products of Tree Classics™. We are dedicated to providing great quality and the most durable artificial Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, and other holiday ornaments. Each product is crafted to produce the most beautiful decor for a festive atmosphere in your home. However, if in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the guidelines below.

Trees, Wreaths, and Garlands Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever is first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. A credit will be issued within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, less any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Accessory Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your accessory you may return it within 10 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever is first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging with no writing on the outside of the box. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. A credit will be issued within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, less any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Clearance Products Return Policy

To make room for next year’s carefully crafted items, we often move products to clearance. Our Clearance items are clearly marked with a “Clearance” tag and run the gamut from Christmas trees to wreaths, garlands and accessories. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a clearance product you may return it within 10 days of receipt. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. A credit will be issued within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, less any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Additional Information

The return of products under the following conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional return fee:

       • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or are intentionally altered
       • Unauthorized returns
       • Returns shipped to us later than 30 days of receipt or after December 25th

We are dedicated to issuing your refund as quickly as possible. All returns must be inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team. Please allow 30 days after receipt of your return for your merchandise to be inspected and for your credit to be issued.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, damaged or has an issue, please call us at 1-877-699-6278 or email us at service@treeclassics.com and we will send you the correct product at no cost to you, or resolve the problem as outlined in our Warranty and Replacement Parts Policy. This return policy excludes normal bulb burnout, wear and tear damage resulting from accident, outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse that can cause multiple-bulb failure. The return policy is void if you have misused or damaged the product in any way.

To Initiate Return:

Please, call us at 1-877-699-6278 or email us at service@treeclassics.com and we will provide you with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and more information. Please write the RMA number and Order number on the shipping label. For example, FedEx and UPS provide a reference area on the shipping label where you can write this information.

If you are located within the continental U.S., we can provide you with return shipping label(s), if requested. If you elect to use our label(s), $50 per box will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. If you elect not to use our labels or are located outside of the continental U.S., you may ship the item back to us at the provided return address at your expense via any traceable shipping method you elect to use.

If you refuse delivery of your package instead of following our Return Policy procedures, or if you ship your return to any other address, you will be charged a $50 per box service fee.

International Returns:

If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid and you need to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any clearance or other shipping fees charged to Tree Classics™ will be deducted from your return credit.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please call us at 1-877-699-6278 or email us at service@treeclassics.com. We will be happy to assist you with selecting a different item, and as soon as we are able to verify the originally purchased item has been shipped back to us, your new item will be sent. If you select an equally or more expensive item, we will waive the restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost. If you select a less expensive item, we will credit you the difference, less the restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit. The return shipping charges for the product you are returning to us are your responsibility, and if you elect to use our shipping labels for the returned item, the $50 per box fee will be charged to your revised order.
