Tree Classics™ Return and Exchange Policies
This Return Policy refers to products of Tree Classics™. We are dedicated to providing great quality and the most durable artificial Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, and other holiday ornaments. Each product is crafted to produce the most beautiful decor for a festive atmosphere in your home. However, if in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the guidelines below.
Non-Clearance Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever is first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less any applicable return shipping fees. A credit will be issued within 3 business days after receipt as long as you are using our return labels. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Clearance Products Return Policy
To make room for next year’s carefully crafted items, we often move products to clearance. Our Clearance items are clearly marked with a “Clearance” tag and run the gamut from Christmas trees to wreaths, garlands and accessories. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a clearance product you may return it within 30 days of receipt or December 25th, whichever comes first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less any applicable return shipping fees. A credit will be issued within 3 business days after receipt as long as you are using our return labels. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
The return of products under the following conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or are intentionally altered
• Unauthorized returns
• Returns shipped to us later than 30 days of receipt or after December 25th
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, damaged or has an issue, please call us at 1-877-699-6278 or email us at email@example.com and we will send you the correct product at no cost to you, or resolve the problem as outlined in our Warranty and Replacement Parts Policy. This return policy excludes normal bulb burnout, wear and tear damage resulting from accident, outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse that can cause multiple-bulb failure. The return policy is void if you have misused or damaged the product in any way.

If you are located within the continental U.S., we can provide you with return shipping label(s). If you elect to use our label(s), $19.99 per box for trees and $9.99 per box for all other items will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. If you elect not to use our labels or are located outside of the continental U.S., you may ship the item back to us at the provided return address at your expense via any traceable shipping method you elect to use.

If you refuse delivery of your package instead of following our Return Policy procedures, or if you ship your return to any other address, you will be charged a $75 per box service fee.
If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid and you need to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any clearance or other shipping fees charged to Tree Classics™ will be deducted from your return credit.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another like item and your original purchase was made within the last 30 days, please call us at 1-877-699-6278 or email us at

You may place your order for your new item online or by phone, and once we have received the original item back, we will issue a refund for the original item less any applicable shipping charges. The return shipping charges for the product you are returning to us are your responsibility, and if you elect to use our shipping labels for the returned item, the $9.99 per box fee will be deducted from your refund.
