If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately.
We will gladly take it back, no questions asked, for full credit on your charge card or credit towards another tree of your choice (NOT available after Christmas of the purchase year). The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Please call or email us for a return authorization number. A credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
A restocking fee of 60% will be charged for any tree returned after sixty (60) days.
Any product purchased before Christmas cannot be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted after Christmas of the purchase year. No exceptions. [Page Top]

Our prices include free delivery by Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS) within the continental United States. We deliver your tree right to your door.
We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or Post Office Box addresses. Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS) both require physical addresses. We DO NOT ship our artificial Christmas trees via US mail delivery (USPS).
Prices for Alaska and Hawaii can be found by clicking HERE. The shopping cart will automatically include these charges which you will see in your copy of the order.
