When will my order arrive?
Orders received by midnight CST will ship the next business day!* Tree Classics offers flexible shipping methods in Continental US. FedEx Ground/Home delivery takes approximately 4-5 business days; FedEx 2 Day Air – 2- 3 business days; FedEx Standard Overnight shipping – 2 business days. For oversized items and large orders, please select “Call for Special Shipping Arrangements” option and contact customer service at 1-877-699-6278 for a quote and estimated delivery time.
*Please note orders placed between Dec. 24, 2015 - Dec. 27, 2015 will not ship out until Dec. 29, 2015 due to our warehouses being closed for the holidays. Please also note that certain items might be low in stock during season and may take up to 7 business days to arrive with FedEx Ground/Home shipping.
Most Tree Classics products on treeclassics.com come with FREE FedEx Ground/Home delivery shipping for orders within the Continental US. Shipping outside the continental 48 United States and over-sized items requiring truck shipping will incur additional shipping fees.
Other shipping options (FedEx 2 Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, “Call for Special Arrangements”, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada) are offered at additional charge, which is automatically calculated upon checkout prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout where you will be offered different shipping options and their prices.
Where do you ship to?
Tree Classics ships to:
- United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Puerto Rico
As of now, we do not offer shipping to other countries. Tree Classics is unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Please, provide a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.
Shipping to Canada:
Tree Classics™ is pleased to arrange for shipping to Canada on behalf of its Canadian customers through a partnership with FedEx Trade Networks. Tree Classics will collect an additional amount for your order at checkout to cover your costs of shipping and handling, as well as an amount that FedEx Trade Networks will use to remit the appropriate GST/HST on your behalf. This additional amount charged at checkout will also cover the costs of FedEx Trade Networks acting as your customs broker.
To see the exact amount that will be charged for your order, please place your item(s) in the shopping cart, fill in your address, select “CANADA (FedEx will ship your order and remit GST/HST on your behalf)” for shipping rates, and click on “recalculate.” You will then see the total amount to be paid to FedEx on your behalf as well as the grand total for your order.
In the event that you changed your mind about the order after the item is processed, we cannot cancel the order. Please, refer to our
Return Policy page for more information on how to return an item.
Damaged or Lost Item During Shipment:
If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with the UPC code on the carton and a description of the damage. We will have FedEx pick up the damaged package for inspection and Tree Classics will send you a replacement item.
If you believe your item is lost during shipment, please first check the My Account / Order Status link at the top right corner or our website to track your order status. If your order displays your package Tracking Number, check with FedEx to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of “delivered”, please contact our customer service experts for assistance.
