My family would never let me buy an artificial tree before but this one really looks real. The only problem I had was packing it up and getting it up into the attic. The box is very heavy.

Super service. The site was recommended by my sister because of the great variety of trees; the selection is pleasantly staggering. I selected the Ontario Spruce due to space limitations. What a surprise! Darn thing looks so real the only thing missing is the Christmas tree smell. Easy setup Looks fantastic all lit up and decorated. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We originally ordered the 6 1/2', but found it to be too small, both in height and width.
The 7 1/2' filled the space beautifully and was able to accomodate 30 years of accumulated ornaments!
The colors of the multi LED lights are amazing and quite bright. We actually had to shut the tree off to watch projection screen TV!
The "real feel" branches are quite full and sturdy. Even though it has a foot pedal, we did add a remote control for turning the lights on and off.
Customer Service was also great on the return of the other tree (shipping isn't so cheap but the free shipping of the tree itself was nice).

Looks great. Went up easily, but we haven't put it away yet. You should offer an option to sequence the lights. Constant on sort of boring. I'm going to connect the lights from each of the five sections to a sequencer next year
