I received my tree very quickly. Since I bought it after Xmas on Clearance I will be setting it up next Xmas. After opening the box I was delighted to see the quality and the real appearance of the branches. They look so real you just have to touch them! I can't testify how east it will be to install it. But I can tell you I have looked at artificial trees in many retail stores and I refused to buy such fake cheesy looking trees that were outrageous in price. When I read the reviews of this company I figured I would take a chance. I am totally satisified with the real look of the branches and am looking forward to setting it up after Thanksgiving so I can enjoy it longer then a live tree. Between having a mess of needles and tree sap and worrying about the tree becoming too dry that it would catch on fire, I would not keep a live tree for more then a week. I am definitely reccommending this companies REAL LOOKING trees!

I loved the look of the tree. It looked real and I received lots of compliments. The size was perfect for where I wanted to put it. Delivery was fast and customer service was very helpful when I was missing a part. I look forward to using this tree again next year.
